Death in service records

Post by Katykat »

Where can I find the death notice for a soldier who died in WW2? He died in ? Tunis in about 1942-1943 aged 21.

I don't know about a notice but the Commonwealth War Graves Commission may have it. Or you could try the London Gazette.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
