I wonder if anyone can help with finding information about the military service of William Cowlishaw, born about 1890 in Leeds, and his 'Rank or Profession' on his marriage record (in 1918 to Dorothy Scholey) is shown as 'Staff sergeant Canadian Army', with an address in Saskachwan.

Any pointers would be gratefully received!

Regiment Number: 21813.

Mrs Dorothy May Cowlishaw.

That's the record I just found! I don't know where Mrs Wilkinson comes into it, but everything else fits!
