Buried in Tipton Cemetery, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Grave number not known.

Civilian victim of Zeppelin raid.

Lousia is the only woman commemorated on a Tipton WW1 memorial, although other women were killed during the 1916 zeppelin raid.

Louisa's inquest was held on 3rd February 1916 by W.C. Checkley the Deputy Coroner for Staffordshire. The Cause of Death was given as: "Syncope due to haemorrhage from a shrapnel wound penetrating the chest cause by the explosion of a bomb discharged from an enemy aircraft. Wilful murder against the Kaiser of Germany and his son the Crown Prince as being accessory to and after the fact." This was recorded at the insistence of the jury at the inquest.
