World War 1 discharge

I have sourced on Ancestry a Descriptive Report on Enlistment for my grandfather Edward Smith (1885-1957) on which he joined 7/1/1915 and was discharged 25/2/1915 for not being likely to become an efficient soldier. He was at Aldershot at the time. Para 392(iii)c.k.r. I know the beginning numbers/letters mean he was found unfit for service within three months of Enlistment most likely for medical reasons but I would like to know the significance of k.r..
I was very young when my grandfather died but I do know he suffered with chest and heart problems.
