With reference to my above post, I'd like our members views on wether we should keep it to family Transport, eg: our own, our parents, grandparents etc
What do you think?
If you would like to have your ancestors photo's included in our Gallery, please send me a pm.
Researching: Evans, Rollason, Henley/Hendley, Brookes, Taylor (Wilson - Birmingham)
I suspect that most of the photos we post will be family related anyway but I think it should be allowed to be more general in the same way that other sections, e.g. Our Den, cover areas of interest that aren't necessarily of personal family interest but cover a wider range. So, for instance, examples of trams, buses and trains that ran in the Black Country.
Sounds like a good idea photos of places, transport etc can sometimes help some family memories make sense and bring them to life - my Great Grandfather Nathan Taylor mentions quite a few places in his autobiography and as I don't live in the area pictures can bring the story to life.
I can see you on there Rob and our friends Peter Hill and Phil Clift. I used to work with Phil's wife in Olbury. Ken thinks that the chappie bottom left is Raymond Jacques who he went to school with?
