Does anyone have any details of Cholera in Dudley around 1840?
Number of deaths, records of etc?

Have you seen this although it concentrates on the decade before 1840

Thanks for reply. I have read the article in the Bugle which in itself is interesting but I am hoping to find more specific detail.
I suspect some of my early 19th century Haynes' died in an outbreak.

Talking to my dad who lived at Hall lane Farm Netherton he told me that the bodies were buried in the Parish Ground on Netherton Hills, before burial the bodies were kept in the outbuildings at Netherton Hall.
