Hi Toni,

Sorry I didn't manage to post info yesterday. Here is the info from the MI's:

SECTION A.

28. In Loving Memory of
(A99) JOHN DANIEL beloved son of EDWARD and SARAH JANE BARKER
died 24th March 1927 aged 1 year
Also of the above EDWARD BARKER died 6th Dec 1928 aged 37 years
Also of the above SARAH JANE BARKER died 8th June 1976 aged 84 years

Have added this one just in case it is connected to your tree:

SECTION B3 – Stones in Rows at side and behind Church towards Main Path.

Row 1.

1b. Loose stone lying on side:
(A119) Also of JOSEPH BARKER (late of Great Bridge)
Born 4 February 1819 Died 7 June 1896.
[MARY Relict of the late JOSEPH BARKER 29.01.1857] (Bur.Reg. age 57)

Hi Linell,

There is nothing at all in the MI's for an Elizabeth Stringer. Could the info be from the Burial Register?

Best wishes,

Jenni :-)

Hi all-just seen this and realised it links with a discussion on the Cradley heath page. I know some of my Moore family are buried there, (Vera aged 15 and her parents John Henry & Cissie)but their gravestone is missing. As Linnell says, there seems no organised records for this churchyard. There is a document at Sandwell mapping the churchyard, but its not completely accurate. There were lots of burials in the early days which were unmarked, as families couldnt afford gravestones...I believe Hannah Harbach (links with Linnell and Julien) was buried there but her grave was unmarked.. Maybe this is where my mysterious John Moore ended up, who you all searched so hard for when i first joined....still looking and hoping!

Hi Sharon,

Have just had a quick look at the MI's for St Luke and there was a vase for a John Moore and Hetty. Doubt that it is there now though. :(

Linell,

Re the Harbach's, there is an MI for Solomon And Lavina. Are these yours? If you need info, let me know. HTH. :-)
