It was broadcast by accident and he was right to cut it off.
He was sacked for expressing an opinion on the speech. Not the Queen. Not the country. Just a speech that was available on dozens of other stations and not what his listeners were tuning in to hear.
I think that is really interesting Mark
So he was correct to cut it off but maybe the way he did it was inappropriate?
Maybe he should have phrased it better?
Or said something like ...oops wrong link now here's an advert
So he is allowed an opinion but does he have to bite on the bullet and respect his position in the company,

we all have to do it.. in work, in public with family
Why can't he say that he found the Queen's speech boring ...interesting that one.
I never watch it but respect that others enjoy it.
