It makes no difference to me. I moved home in July and lockdown has meant I haven't had chance to meet anybody. It would be different if it was indoors as there is a communal lounge where I live. Luckily I have a support bubble to keep me going.

Hi Jan, wetherspoons pulled out of kiddy. A chap name Adam took it over, changed the name to "Pennies" and put the prices up by nearly 50% on my lager.

The new Gaffer had obviously been informed by Wetherspoons if it was only your Lager that was increased !!

Just thought. I wonder what the reaction would have been if he had called it by its 2nd name ?

Most the time it will be The Boars Head and occasionally the Pennies.

I Googled ( something i rarely do) The Boars Head Kidderminster. Looks a good pub James.

Its just a back street old Banks's / Marston pub, but I have known the gaffer for nearly 40 years.

Anyone would think Rob's planning a visit next time he's over but I wouldn't bank on it Jimmy
