Lap top help Please?

Postby grangers14 » Sun Jan 17, 2021 8:48 pm

Does anyone know about this problem with a lap top please?

When I try to go on my lap top the screen keeps flickering, like lines all over the screen?
I can sometimes use it but have to play about the the screen, backwards and forwards...
If I move, it starts scrolling lines etc...so not able to use it properly?
I have tried to make sure it is all up to date etc...frustrating! :(

Any help gratefully accepted!

have you checked the screen resolution setting might be too high, type in screen resolution or display in your search box see what its set at and if need be drop the setting se what effect it has( make a note of what it was set on)
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

I had the same problem with a tv the engineer said it was down to the flexible cable that connects the screen to the printed circuit board.
Just trying to do my bit for BCC, bringing families back together.
