So after seeing their Tweet I contacted them and asked if this included marriage look ups.

For info: This was their response

As part of our enquiry service we offer copies of entries from our microfilmed parish registers, where exact information is known (i.e. church, names and exact date). This service is charged at £1.50 per entry with copies supplied as pdf email attachments or by drop box (file size dependent). Please let us know which marriages or church records you are interested in and we can advise as to whether these records can be copied via this means.  If you do not know the exact information and a search of the records is required then this falls under the remits of research service, which is charged at £21 per hour. Similarly, if an entry has not been filmed then we can only photograph the records and again this method of copying falls under the same service.

Alternatively, if you are able to visit the archives and look at the records in person we are now running a reduced, appointment only service. Appointments can be made Tuesday – Saturday between either 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm. Users will only be able to book one resource at a time, either a PC, microfilm reader or table space, and our capacity will be limited to 6 bookable resources in total. Bookings are only being taken by telephone on 01384 812770 to avoid any duplication and to allow us to explain our new access procedures.

You are able to take copies from records in person; microfilms can be copied for 15p per page (or downloaded to memory stick for free), whilst original documents (and microfilm screens) can be photographed following the purchase of day’s camera licence, which is charged at £5. If you are likely to want to take copies from microfilms during you visit, please let us know when you call so that we can book the appropriate resource.

I hope that the above information is of use to you and we look forward to hearing from you.

They seem to be trying to help but oh that's expensive £21 an hour! I'm not sure if that is the normal cost?
