Don't tear the pants out of it!

Postby Northern Lass » Sun May 31, 2020 9:01 am

Well that message got thru didn't it!

Everyone congregating on beaches parks etc
No social distancing

Yesterday I saw 6 lads out and about
thought about saying something...couldn't be bothered.

The public are that coiled spring....BOING!!!

The system the Govt has supposedly put in place aint working well.
People are not social distancing
This is a mess!

I personally think they should have a better system.
We all need to be tested for antibodies, to see if we have had it.
Then issued with a traffic light system....
Red-Stay in doors
Amber-awaiting results
Green -Go live your life....you have had it prev.

I think the scientists are against lockdown easing...

"deputy chief medical officer for England, Prof Jonathan Van-Tam, who said: “This is a very dangerous moment”.
He said the R will only stay below 1 if people continue to adhere to physical distancing as the lockdown eases and people play their part to ensure the contact tracing system works well."

"Professor John Edmunds said it was a "political decision" to ease measures; Sir Jeremy Farrar said the NHS test and trace system should be "fully working".

There seems to be a split between the Govt and the science

So easing the lockdown means we start to get our lives back
but at what cost?

The easing of Lockdown is economically driven. The same here in De Nederlands ! Me? I'm staying in another 2 weeks and then i'll review the situation and decide for myself.
