Compact Disc Player

Post by BC Wench »

I've got a (won't give the makers name) Compact Disc Player which has headphones. Now, does anybody know if there is some type of speaker that I can plug into the player so that the music can be heard by any number of people sitting in a room at the same time, rather than just one person using the headphones.

Thanks.

Thank you both very much for your replies.

I had already looked on the internet for speakers jimmy but couldn't see anything appropriate. My CD is a Sanyo Compact Disc Player Bassxpander sound system which I had many years ago and it still sits in it's original box.

I wanted my Ma-in-law to hopefully use this disc player pete so using bluetooth would be no use.

We did buy her a brand new disc player for Christmas, but she has problems seeing the knobs to know which one to press to play and I thought with my old discc player it would be so much easier for her to use.

Ah well, perhaps I should ask at an electrical retailer. Thanks again.

Thanks for looking pete. Got some speakers yesterday which I thought would be ideal, but they have to be attached to a USB cable and she's not got one of them  The chappie at the shop did say that I could take them back if they were not suitable, but I've actually kept them to use at my desktop computer as they are better than the ones I have already
