On a Toll road or entering?

Can you remember the road my satnav took us on?
We said oh such a quiet road...then a toll booth! :o

It is steep if you are visiting!
Is it going to be like London for the congestion charge?

very similar to a congestion charge but it depends on the age and type of car so its a tax on the poorer people a they will have the older cars
