I nearly didn't post this but it would have just played ping pong in me head... so you have all been warned this one will drive you nuts!
And if it is like last time with run, and run, and run,.......but what I seem to remember is that it somehow linked back to the Willetts main line!

Ages ago on RRO we ran with a thread on Maria Priest whose mother was a Phoebe Priest.

Marias father was supposed to be a James Tromans but we never found a marriage for a James Tromans and Phoebe...to be honest I forget what we did and didnt find..... Linell and Di and Kate remember this one?

Well she has surfaced again in 2 marriage look ups which I will add to connections tomoz.
But this Maria puts James Tromans as the father on both marriages!

I have found Maria with her mother Phoebe sibs Emmanuel and Eliza ( Eliza I think is one of the witnesses on the marriage of Maria in 1864 to Joseph Harper) on the 1851 in Peartree st Rowley Regis
Joseph Harper is living Peartree lane or st too presume in Rowley regis area.

Just to add a bit more, I have Anthony Willetts born about 1826 son of George Willetts 1800 and Jane Priest 1805, they were also in Wilks Fold 1841, on another page from the one above, HELP, this means I have a connection to all of the above linell.

So could that George Willetts in 1851 with Pheobe be this George Willetts who married Jane Priest ....must be the same one

So found this ....looks like he is the son of Wm and Hannah prob that Wm and Hannah in Wilkes fold

Thanks for that Linell.... that confirms it then.

On the 1851 census George has those kids with him ie John/David/ Hannah.

I have joined up the tree with the William Willetts b abt 1859 on site and wife Hannah Hackett... that to me looks like the marriage and all those Hacketts too on 1841. But will put a note on re linking.

I think Pheobes ma is Elizabeth who is with her on 1841 census.

need to add the 1851 and 1841 for Pheobe to notes.

so is Jane Pheobes sister

On the 1861 George and Pheobe are still together in Pear tree st and Eliza dau is there and another dau called Jane!

I bet Eliza and Jane are the kids of George Willetts if we find a marriage I can look up the father. see if it is George.

And this is starting to be a bit weird...

I think that Jane and a Mary Ann priest may be the sisters of Phoebe.

How wonderful to see that my Maria Priest is still causing confusion. Her son William Russ was my great grandfather. He married a Sarah Ann Hackett. They lived in Peartree Street, Rowley Regis. One of their children, Minnie was my grandmother. She moved to live in Derbyshire but later returned to the area and her second husband was called David Willetts. It is lovely to see all these familiar surnames again.
