One of these could be his christening, there are quite a few marriages tha would fit.

SAMUEL BAKER.
Christening, 12 MAY 1799. Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester,
Parents:
JOSEPH BAKER.
HANNAH.

SAMUEL BAKER.
Christening, 27 MAY 1798. Kingswinford, Stafford,
Parents:
JOSEPH BAKER.
MARY.
Just trying to do my bit for BCC, bringing families back together.

on the 1851 census he is living in Coxs lane next to an appleby family the father is a James and Wife Nancy

1847
BAKER Samuel APPLEBY Ann Dudley, St Thomas Dudley Register Office 204/008/316

need to confirm on 1841 there is an Ann with them
and is there a death for an Ann baker betw 1847 and 1850

yes here is James...in 1851 but where is he in 1841 does he have a dau Ann b abt 1824

Nancy Baker Christening: 19 OCT 1862 Rowley Regis, Stafford,

Samuel Baker Christening: 10 JAN 1858 Rowley Regis, Stafford,

John Baker Christening: 08 APR 1860 Rowley Regis, Stafford,

all extracted

I was wondering if Elizabeth b abt 1849 was the dau of Hannah or of Samuels prev wife

I am ok with this one for the moment pending look up at the archives then will investigate a bit more the Baker side

So for the moment Completed with thanks
