Interesting site Jimmy. I searched on Rowley and brought up a list a list of surnames in Rowley Regis accidents not just surname Rowley. Spotted a Jeavons- I know some people are researching this.

So does this one that Pete found parents John and Mary

BENJAMIN TIBBETTS
Birth: 13 FEB 1869
Christening: 04 APR 1869 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, England

Father: JOHN TIBBETTS
Mother: MARY

here is that John and Mary ( I think)

http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =684142049

I have just added the info I had...no son Benjamin in my notes....but the Tibbetts are so unfinished...so could be that Benjamin Pete found links to this John and Mary on the tree.... he is a miner and his father is a Benjamin

:?

which one is it?

Deaths Mar 1891 Tibbetts Benjamin 22 Dudley 6c 12

I think the Benj and Lucy one is b abt 1868 age 13 on census in 1881 and 3 on 1871

1868
TIBBETTS Benjamin Rowley Regis Sandwell Register Office RR/47/374

1869
TIBBETTS Benjamin Rowley Regis Sandwell Register Office RR/48/172

Have found the John Tibbetts coal miner on the 1871 census with wife Mary @ Spring meadow NO Benjamin there I think that one dies
and there is a big gap betw their kids a John in 1866- then a William in 1872...

Deaths Mar 1870 Tibbetts Benjamin 0 Dudley 6c 9

So that just leaves that Benj and Lucy one b abt 1868/69....unless any others...so many Tibbetts

Hi Jimmy I think it must be that Benj and Lucy one ....as I think that John one dies in 1870 ( see prev post)

Can anyone find this Benjamin in 1891?

So if he was the 1868 one that would check wouldnt it

b Dec qtr 1868
dies 6 march 1891

so prob if lived wouldnt have been 23 until later that year - therefore age 22 would be correct....

1871 Census as a Ben born about 1869, with parents, Benjamin and Lucy.
1891 Census only shows a Benjamin Thos, born about 1868.
1881 Census as a Benjamin T. born about 1868. with parents, Joseph and Martha, also living in RR.

So Jimmy are we agreed that it must be the Benjamin to Benj and Lucy who died?
If so I will add the detail to the tree.

The Benj Thomas one is out

the one Pete found I believe dies at just under 1yr old.

wot u think?
