Hi NL, according to West Midlands BMD she was Maria Nock, need to find Maria Nock in 1851, and see who her Nock husband was :?: Best Wishes from linell.

Got a strong feeling Maria is Maria SIVITER, mother Fanny ...

There’s a married Maria NOCK, born about 1829, Rowley Regis at Redhall Hill in the 1851 census:

1851 - Redhall Hill, Rowley Regis
Thomas Siviter Head Mar 39 Nail Maker b. Staffs., Rowley Regis
Mary Siviter Wife Mar 36 Nail Maker b. Staffs., Rowley Regis
Edwin Siviter Son Unm. 14 Nail Maker b. Staffs., Rowley Regis
William Nock Inmate Mar 27 Chain Maker b. Staffs., Rowley Regis
Maria Nock Inmate Mar 22 Nail Maker b. Staffs., Rowley Regis

In 1851 Josiah is still single and with his parents at Redall Hill.

Marriage:
William Nock 1850 Dudley (To 1912) Staffordshire, Worcestershire
Maria Siveter 1850 Dudley (To 1912) Staffordshire, Worcestershire

Can’t find a death for William NOCK, but then, can’t find him with Maria in 1861 either.

Maria SIVITER:

1841 - Old Hill, Rowley Regis
All in same dwelling:
Fanny Siviter 55 Nailer
Abel Siviter 19
James Siviter 15
Maria Siviter 12

Thomas Siviter 25 Nailer
Mary Siviter 25
Edwin Siviter 4

John Siviter 30
Rebecca Siviter 9

In 1861, Josiah & Maria are at Redall Hill, entry 93
Also at:
1861 - Reddal Hill, entry 122
Thomas Siviter Head 49
Mary Siviter Wife 46
Fanny Siviter Boarder Widow 75
Edwin Siviter Head Marr 24
Maria Siviter Wife 23
Thomas Siviter Son 2
Joseph Siviter Son 1
Mary Siviter Daur 3 mo.
