Could this be their marriage:

ELIZABETH LANGFORD JOHN STOKES
Marriage: 20 JUN 1825 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, England............Mmmm guess not cos that would make him 14 :?

Parish registers, 1541-1954 Church of England. St. Thomas' Church (Dudley, Worcestershire)

Maybe this one -

ELIZABETH BOURNE JOHN STOKES
Marriage: 19 MAY 1834 Old Swinford, Worcester

Parish registers, 1602-1961 Church of England. Parish Church of Old Swinford (Worcestershire)
