Nah, it's a farm. there were 3 more people at that address on the image:

1841 - Horton, Eaton, Shropshire
Ann Medlicott 55 Farmer
Elisha Medlicott 25 Saddler
Margaret Medlicott 35
Elizabeth Spencer 15 F.S.
Joseph Speak 20 Ag. Lab.
Edward Williams 15 Ag. Lab.
William Jones 15 Ag. Lab.
Thomas Bennett 10 Ap.

I'd say it's 'ap' for apprentice.
Some mistakes are too much fun
to only make once.

Just adding to this the lady that was after the info sent me this.....

" the 1901 census, but by this time Thomas had passed away.
In case there is anyone out there who is
interested, the information is as follows:-

167 Willenhall Road Alfred Cross (Head) 25 General Labourer Born Bilston, Staffs.
Mary Cross (Wife) 25 " " "
Alfred Cross (Son) 2 " " "
Dinah Bennett(Mother-in-law) 66 Born Oaken Gates, Salop

Alfred Benjamin Cross married Mary Bennett (daughter of Thomas and Dinah) on the
28th August 1898 at Bilston, Stafford, England. (This would be St Leonards Church)"
