Living next door to Joseph on 1871 census is,
Edward Billingahm, head, 64, Cordwainer
Emma Beignham, wife, 50,(transcribed and looks like that)!
Abel, son, 20,
Ann, daur, 13,
Eli, son, 7,
Edwin, son, 3

I wonder if this was his wifes parents??

On the 1881 Census, the actual image shows Elijah as 15 Dau U Female Dom Serv (the J could be a Z?)

Here she is...

1891: 155 High Street, Rowley Regis
Joseph Taylor 55 Head Wdwr Lab in Ironworks CRadley, Worc
Eliza Taylor 25 Dau S Female Dom Serv Rowley Regis
