A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

Hi both Peter and mumbles,

Yes there is a very very strong Johnson Link through both Lucy Dingley and her brother James Dingley (b.1781).

I though maybe I might use this as a good place to submit some new names to Black Country Connections. Would you perhaps check these names out mumbles and would the both of you give me a hand in getting them on the tree?

The most interesting point about this is that the last name on the list Benjamin Johnson (b. 1919 d. 2006) is acording to a "living relative" a descendant of both Lucy and James.

Here is the information I have on James's (1781) descendants:

Harry, I have inserted Dingley details and the Baker details and noted that Suki has already posted Brinton details with link back from Benjamin to Johnsons aready posted. All that needs to be done to make connection is to Join what I have inserted to Suki's Mary Ann Unknown who married George Brinton to Mary Ann Dingley daughter of James & Nancy. This needs to be carefully done as there is another Mary Ann Dingley born 1855 Birmingham.

Ok this has now been joined up and where necessary Harrys name put on the ones above he listed.

Now this highlights how well the tree is working as it now swings back to Johnsons via Dingleys and Bakers.

ALL INTERCONNECTED......ALL LINKING BACK AND FORTH.....but...

It also flags how VERY VERY IMPORTANT it is to not move or join up anything unless you know what you are doing.

So anyone who is unsure about joining up parts of the tree must contact me and I will do it!

So Harry here is the link have a look and any errors let me know or any additions post them here and we can sort them

Good stuff guys

Hey, Minnie Brinton is my 5th cousin! - Through her mother's Taylor line. I've just entered the connecting links and now she has lots of pretty colours next to her name.
