*Completed* Attwood & Tibbetts Marriage

Postby linell » Tue Oct 21, 2008 4:48 pm

I found this Marriage today, 9.12.1894 Holy Trinity Old Hill Luke Attwood aged 21 Father David (I have this line) to Elizabeth Tibbetts aged 19 father William a Carter. The odd thing is place of residence is Hayseech. Luke only lived in QB, he and Elizabeth are there in 1901? Two questions really, does anyone know which Wm Tibbetts is Elizabeth's father and were they from Hayseech? Oh the Witnesses were James Hodgkiss and Hannah Fawkes. Many thanks.

Cheers Peterd, that looks good from 1881. Not sure about the BCC connection only has Thomas listed as a son of Wm and Phoebe? Need to check that, many thanks from linell.

Many thanks NL and Peterd, have that all up to speed now. Just like to add I also have a James Willetts born Hayseech 1810, he Married Ann Williams born 1812 Halesowen, Marriage Clent 10.2.1833. 1881 Census living at New Street Hasbury Halesowen, just wondered if he could be connected to Ann Willetts Mother of William Tibbetts who lived at Hayseech :?: Food for thought, many thanks from linell.
