That family you put is on the page before the childrens names. The enumerator has made a bit of a mess of them schedules! The note next to Samuel and Ann says entry says they were on page 12. But also seems as though a page has been scrapped because there is no 11? May be he messed that up to much. Also looks like ancestry transcriber was having a bad too!
May be Joseph is related to Samuel?
