Was Elizabeth from the Dudley area ? what address on the marraige cert? wonder if father was deceased mother remarried on the 1891 census

Oops forgot to say Elizabeth and Enoch were married St James, Dudley, both lived Court 2 95 Snow Hill.

Thanks - I've got Elizabeth and Enoch's marriage cert, it was Elizabeth's birth I was interested in.
I have so many Smith's and Jones's :?

Looks to be my Elizabeth Jones aged 8 on the 1891 (Thanx RG) with her mother Mary, and Mary's new hubby John Hollies (just found this marriage ref on freebmd) and thought I would order this.

Should be viewable at Dudley archives so up to you if you wish to order it but I might be able to get the details for you.
If you wish this please request under the Dudley archives look up thread.

ps always worth checking on any marriages in the Dudley area whether the records are held at the archives saves a bit of dosh.

I have since found out Elizabeth's mother was Mary Ann Palmer (from Mary Ann's second marriage), so I think that may very well be my Elizabeth's christening (Thx Pete), I ordered a birth cert for Elizabeth but it's not the right one, is there anyway of finding out if the above mother's surname is Palmer.

would the mother name be in full ie maiden name on parish entry at the archive NL?
