Can't see Thomas and Sarah George in 1871 either and I've tried all sorts of combinations. The transcriber must have done something really weird with their names or they moved to another country - a possibility since Thomas was a coal miner. Although I've searched in Wales & Scotland too.
I was interested in the visitor who was with them in 1891 and 1901 - Jane Ann - who seems to have changed her surname from hill to Smith between ages 3 and 13.
