Ta Rosegarden, so I have found that now:

James Rose married Elizabeth Taylor Mar 23 1856
father Joseph Rose nailer
witnesses George Rose and Eliza Rose

(George could be his brother)

James was previously married to Elizabeth ? born abt 1833 and died 20 Sep 1855, Spring Hill, Hasbury.

As well as the one Pete found there is one at Tipton

1852 to Elizabeth Roberts

I suppose it could be either - or neither :-)

This is an email i received from Steve Cullen about Hannah Partridge
"Chris Rose has done a lot of research on this and established this is a different Joseph ROSE
We are in the process of putting together for these people, our Joseph appears to have married Hannah FIELD in Birmingham and the one who married the other two Hannah's was considerably older
Chris has the full details from parish records and has proved it beyond resonable doubt that our previous link was incorrect"

Steve said he woulld get back to me when it is sorted
So i think Distantrelation was right.

Just flagging this with all concerned to see if we could maybe move this to the archived section?

It can always be brought back should new info be forthcoming just contact either pete or myself.

So unless otherwise advised this topic will be moved to archived enquiries within 24 hrs
