There is only this one that fits, he must of been in both places at the time. The one with William Taylor in 1881 says nephew.

In 1881 Richard with Phoebe is a Clerk (General)

Looks Watery Lane, Tipton, which would fit with this,

I cab't see a death for Rebecca, or a marriage for Thomas Taylor to an Ann.

I don't think they are the same Richard.

This one is in Chesterfield in 1871 with parents Thomas, a coal miner and
Rosianna Taylor.
