Silas and Phoebe and son John living at same address in 1921 but Silas workng as Blacksmith at Stewart and Lloyds Tube Maker so may not be nearly blind as 1911 Census notes see FMP for more detail

Checked and you are correct and if you look at 1911 Census it says born at Cocksheds Halesowen which is correct for son of Shadrack
