Is the grave at St Peter's, Cradley? I could try get there this Sunday.
This is what the wordings look like to me from the photo: -
"In loving memory of
Samuel Hodgetts
Short cross
who departed this life
January 6th 1885
Aged 62 years
? lost boy come before
Also of
Caroline
Reliev (?) of the above
who died April 27th 1900 (or 1988)
Aged 36 years
Re-united
The lord came and the lord hath
taken away blessed be thy name of the lord."
