Next door same address, was Samuel adopted by Thomas and Sarah Green because his mother had died.

Think we need a marriage for Thomas and Sarah, is Thomas Elizabeths brother ?

Going by the dates it looks like Elizabeth died after giving birth to Samuel,

So in 1891 Samuel Jones is Grandson of John Jones but also there is a Samuel with Thomas Green as son. On the 1911 for Thoams and Sarah they say married 45 Years so that could be this marriage
