1871 Census Stourbridge Road Halesowen Stourbridge Worcs.
William Mansell Head 52 (wid) Colliery Manager
Emma Mansell dau 12 Scholar
Both born Pratesbury Shrops.
Original looks like Maunsell or Mansell
