I have had a request from a relative in America for an obituary for Gertrude Payton and I am hoping someone on the forum can help. She is Isobel Payton(married to Albert David Manger Taylor)'s sister but I could not see her on the Connections family tree. Gertrude's date of birth is 12th February 1911 and she lived in Birmingham. My relative thinks she may have died in 2005. I have done a quick search and found nothing other than a Gertrude Taylor whose birth date looks good who died Wrekin Shropshire 2003 if this helps find an obituary.

I have added her, Gertrude was just missed off.
1939 Gertrude and her sister were living 90 White Road, Birmingham.
I found a record of a will
https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/Wi ... alse#willsPAYTON GERTRUDE 20 January 2003 1134994 02 November 2002 Grant and will Birmingham
I can not see any Obituary.

Thanks. I have sent the information to my relative in America (Isobel Payton's granddaughter) in an email.

I have had a thank you email from America and confirmation that it is the correct Gertrude as the address matches.
