I am sure the two David Hills 1869, on BCC are the same. !n 1891 David was living with his in-laws the Spencer's and not with his parents John and Ester Hill? Iron work connection Netherton.

Look the same and live 2 doors away in same street as John Hill ( father) in 1901
but need marriage to be sure as Ancestry has father as Joseph Hill on a few trees but trees look wrong
