I cannot find Marriage ?
Children were all registered as mother Wallett ( could be Wallace)

The closest I can see is, right name for father,

Dudley St Thomas.
Marriage date 20 Sep 1857.
Thomas HALE. full age. bachelor. Dudley. Millman. William Hale. Horse nail maker. deceased.
Ann Maria WALLANDER. minor. spinster. Dudley. Joseph WALLANDER. Miner (deceased).

I was away in Cardigan for Weekend and only just got there because of snow,
I will put as Wallett as that was what children were registered as
