*ARC TBC* parish registers Jo Adding

I notice that many of the BCC entries give full details from the parish records. There is a particular parish record I would love to have an image of -- does anyone know how I can get it? I would like to know whether any parents are identified, and the names of witnesses, if they are supplied. How do I get to see St Martin parish registers?
This is it (from Find my Past):
First name(s) : Rhoda . Last name : ROUND
Marriage year: 1836 . Marriage date: 25 Jan 1836
Marriage place : Tipton
Spouse's first name(s): Thomas . Spouse's last name: DAVIES
County: Staffordshire . Country: England
Family Search additionally identifies it as St Martin's, Tipton, and the following information:
"England Marriages, 1538–1973 ," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NXYC-YML : 10 December 2014), Thomas Davies and Rhoda Round, 25 Jan 1836; citing St. Martin, Tipton, Stafford, England, reference 2:3S326NH, index based upon data collected by the Genealogical Society of Utah, Salt Lake City; FHL microfilm 1,526,189.

Rhoda and Thomas are my great-great-great-grandparents. One of Rhoda's sisters, Lydia, is on the BCC site.
Many thanks
