Description Will of Thomas Smart of Oakham, parish of Rowley Regis, Staffs., farmer.
Description Household effects and 13 messuages in Dudley, to wife, Sarah Smart, for life; livestock, crops, implements of husbandry etc. and tenant's interest in farm held of the Earl of Dudley's trustees, to son, Thomas Smart; and from the death of Sarah: messuages in Hall Street, Dudley and a house and brewhouse in Fisher Street, Dudley, to son Thomas; 2 messuages in Hall Street, to daughter Ann, wife of Josiah Parkes of Rowley Regis, for life, thence to her daughter by her first husband, Sophia Cole; 1 messuage in Hall Street and 1 in Mamble Square, Dudley, to daughter Elizabeth, wife of John Woodhouse; messuage in Hall Street to daughter Sarah, wife of Benjamin Woodhouse, for life, thence to her daughter, Ann Woodhouse; 1 messuage in Hall Street and 2 in a road leading out of it, to son Henry Smart; 1 messuage in Mamble Square and 2 in a road leading out of Hall Street, to daughter Hannah, widow of Richard Bate; residue to children as tenants in common.
