i would check the 1891 census to see if he with his parent or still single take it from there

that does look like the two bros that FS has found
so need to look the marriage up mally to move on further on this

put it on look ups we can see if this William has father Charles! :?

I have Alice Barton Married to Wm in my tree, think it's the correct one, there were Bartons living near by. linell.
