Just had a thought
on the 1841 that James I think is from a previous marriage!

JAMES JOHNSON Christening: 24 NOV 1816 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester,
Father: WILLM. JOHNSON
Mother: ELIZTH.

This could be William Johnson first marriage, also in Clent

Have put many of the Willetts from Bowling Green/Dudley Wood that I could connect into a single family on BC here:

but I still couldn't find an appropriate Eli Willetts. I feel he just HAS to be connected to these folks somehow.


I wonder if these 2 Sarah Willetts are one in the same both born Rowley - from Di's suggestion here

Hi FS, hate to pour cold water on your findings, but the Clent Marriages all say born in the Parish even when they weren't. I have found this lots of times. They can be from Clent, Halesowen, Cradley or Old Swinford, so really need to be open minded when looking at the Clent Register. Best Wishes from linell.
