Think this might be him - Notice his occupation. It matches the later census. Is it possible that Mary remarried a 'Lowe' at some stage and George took his name ... or Mary was previously married to a 'Lowe.' Getting confused now :? :? :?

1861 Rowley Village
John Parkes Head 47 Nailer b. Rowley Regis
Mary Parkes Wife 43 Nailer b. Rowley Regis
Matilda Parkes Daur 19 Nailer b. Rowley Regis
George Parkes Son 15 Pipe Maker b. Rowley Regis
Ruben Parkes Son 11 Nailer b. Rowley Regis
John Darby Grandson 3 b. Rowley Regis

Hi Di
Trying to get my head around it..are you thinking George is step son to John, mother Mary remarried, and Rueben Parkes was witness?
