There is no address for that household (#20) but here is the list of the ones that bracket it.

16 Dallam Lane The Villas
17 ditto
18 Dallam Farm
19 Dallam new road Ivy Cottage
20 --
21 Keepers Cottage
22 Callands Farm
23 Warburtons Cottage

On the 1881 census there is a household listed as "Dallam Farm continued Sleeping Rooms" so perhaps it was that.
You should be able to see an old map here, with Dallam Farm, Dallam Villas and Ivy Cottage all just south of Winwick

Thanks Gardener. Perhaps the “ continued sleeping rooms” were an outbuilding on the farm as Francis( Frank) was a farm labourer.
