Newbie saying hello

Postby TonyTomlin44 » Mon Jul 22, 2019 6:54 pm

Hi, I'm Tony and I've been dabbling with my family tree for a few years. Mostly the high level simple stuff but learning all the time.

I mostly research the GOODSELL family but of course that leads me to many others.

Recently I've been doing research on behalf of other people which I find quite challenging but very rewarding.

It's my recent attempts to help others that has lead me here looking for help as I've come across things that I can't work out.

I have a couple of questions to pose the experts here but being a newbie I don't really know into which forum section I should post the question.

The first one is that I need to understand how/why manual and subsequent amendments to the 1939 Register are made.

Where would I post details of my question?

Thanks ... Tony

Welcome to the forum Image

The General Discussion section would be your best start, if the mod there decides it needs to go elsewhere they'll shift it for you.
