Viewing BMD Certificates Online

Postby JohnClark9857 » Wed Oct 17, 2007 4:53 pm

Earlier this year I printed off the internet the actual birth certificates of my parents (1913 & 1918) but I can't for the life of me remember how I did it. Does anybody know how I could have done it?

Thanks

Hi John

The only place that I know of where you can download and print certificates is ScotlandsPeople ......
are your parents from Scotland? :)

As far as I'm aware there is no online service for English certificates to be downloaded and printed .... :?

Hi John

In the past I have printed some documents off BMD, they are handy and in a certificate sort of format. I don'y know if they are still availabel. They are not actually B M or D Certificates, which are not available on line. £7 from NA.
