On that marriage cert, does it give her name as Mrs Widow Cecelia Burns?

It's a bit difficult to read, is the year 1891?

They married 16 December 1891, Cecilia was a widow her fathers name is given as E Rivet. Cecilia died 5 Jan 1939. Rosalind was her daughter by previous husband.

The Charles that married Elizabeth is a different Charles.
