how big are the cups you use? I use a 250ml cup
and do you have to let the yoghurt and milk settle for 10 mins I didn't, just mixed it a bit and poured it in
and do you have to put dough into a tin? No. It might spread a bit without a tin, and that might make it cook a bit faster
could you just put on a baking tray and cook?
Sure. I think in Ireland they use the same mix and roll it out a bit to make soda scones
