Just want some advice pls
did the delia smith one in a normal tin this afternoon
It turned out ok apart from it sunk in middle cos I opened the door whilst still rising
I used 2 baking powder tsps to 8oz Sr flour
is that too much baking powder?
do you have to have baking powder if using sr flour in an all in one sponge?
what should the temp be..........my oven is hot too hot on 170 for cakes burns them so I tend to do
150/160
so do I need baking powder
