Some of Cradley's Finest - World War Two

Post by staval »

The new book by Terry Evans on those who served in World War Two with connections to Cradley is now available through Cradley Then & Now history group; via enquiries at the Cradley Links' website Bookshop page, or at meetings. The next meeting is at 7.30pm on Monday 9 April, at High Town Ragged School. At over 550 pages which cover those who died, those who returned home and the effects of the war on the men, women and children on the home front, the price is just £18. As with his first book, Terry's wish is that this second book will also serve as a memorial to their exploits and the sacrifices they made.
