Completed - Unknown location for list of births and deaths

I inherited a 1580s English Bible which has a list of births and deaths from the early to the mid-18th century. I was wondering if it is possible for anyone to locate records to determine the location where these births and deaths occurred.

I can't find any events to fit, but this is what I make of the entries - if anyone wants to correct it and have a go at finding entries to fit
If Brogdon is the surname then perhaps Yorkshire?

2 July 1711 Unknown married Elizabeth Madders who was in her sixteenth year (so born abt. 1695)

Samuel born 15 Aug 1715
Jane died 1st year

Samuel 3rd died 11 days old
Margaret 21 November 1736 Died 3 ½ months old
10 March 1755 his wife dies
