was partner in a Car Body Repair and Light Engineering Works in Victoria Road Blackheath called Victoria Bodies and Light Engineering from 1947 till 1976
I believe a photograph was published in Black Country Bugle Annual around 1960 of him standing outside factory . Is there any way of finding photo but I am not sure it was in Bugle Annual and may have been in another Black Country Publication.
