I have distant ancestors Margaret Davenport & Daniel James Brooks who married on 29 Nov 1813 at St James, Clerkenwell, England

I had believed that Margaret Davenport's DOB was 1 Apr 1796, which makes her 17 at the time of her marriage, but there is nothing to suggest she is under 21 on her marriage record - the "with the consent of" is blank (I guess that this would be where parents would sign if their daughter was under 21?)

So - is it likely the Margaret Davenport who married Daniel James Brooks on 29 Nov 1813 is the same Margaret Davenport who was born in April 1796?

assuming as it was by banns it would of been post for 3 weeks before for anyone to object and parent would of given consent to the vicar? and if it wasn't local she could of lied about age or saying she had no guardian ? she not on census ?

And the two Davenports who are present there. Who are they?

I meant, how are they related to the bride. If it is her parents then the permission is implied by their witnessing it
